About
The stresses of life along with your own internal struggles can sometimes be overwhelming. You or your child may feel that you’ve done everything you can to work through difficult events or emotions but still find yourself struggling. Your experiences and emotions may be affecting you internally or may be affecting your relationships, work, or school activities. Whatever you’re going through, there are solutions and hope for a happier life. I believe that you or your child can discover the root of your struggles and are capable of overcoming hardships.
Whether you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other life challenges, I will create a safe space so you feel understood and comfortable sharing your story. My goal is to provide support by helping you manage difficult emotions or challenges, improve coping skills and create positive changes.
I understand that seeking support may be intimidating and I am grateful to be a part of your journey. During our sessions, I will be compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive. Together, we will work as a team to create a plan that empowers you to identify and reach your goals. Contact me with any questions or if you are ready to get started.

Sarah Elizabeth Parsons's Groups
Interpersonal Process Group
This group is for all adults who desire to better understand themselves and more deeply connect with others in their lives. This is a “process” group, which means the main goal is to build awareness of what is happening “here and now” in the therapy room. By doing so, group members build a stronger awareness of their own patterns and internal responses and gain feedback from others. The intention of the group is that all members feel safe presenting their authentic selves and feel more confident in their relationships.
