Teen Art Therapy Group Thursdays from 5-6
Use Art to Process Thoughts and Feelings ~Build self-esteem ~ Learn coping skills ~Make friends ~We create a non-judgmental, supportive environment for participants to use various art materials and processes (i.e., collage, painting, masks, clay, jewelry-making, etc.…) to build self-esteem, practice coping strategies, and social skills as well as use art to support mental health. No previous experience or art skills required. This workshop is therapeutic but not therapy so insurance will not cover the cost.
