Sound Bath Meditation
Join me for a beautiful Sound Bath Meditation! We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with your Higher Self. I will send you reiki energy healing to cleanse your chakras as I play 432hz Crystal Singing bowls. You may dress comfortable, bring a yoga mat to lay on, a blanket if you would like, a water bottle, and journal with a pen. Mindful Yoga for Kids
Mindful Yoga Monday's for Kids is on Thursdays at 6:15pm! This includes four weekly group sessions. It is open to any child (between the ages of 8-13 years old who is interested in learning basic yoga poses and calming techniques. Each session begins with a mindfulness activity, then a yoga game, and finishes with a guided meditation. $140 per child and $110 per sibling or friend.
