"Self Care: Attending to Grief and Loss" -These VIRTUAL group therapy sessions will be centered around healthy coping, Self Care and growing through grief. During the group sessions we will focus on identifying the stages of grief and loss and what to expect, how to heal and ways to engage in authentic Self-Care as you grieve. We will also incorporate art therapy during some of the sessions. We would love to partner with you as you work towards healing and growing through your grief. You DON'T have to do it alone- we can help!

Healthy Coping Skills for Men
Many times the emotional and mental health needs of Men go unmet. There is so much stigma surrounding how Men "Should" be that it is very hard for Men to admit they need help. This 6 week VIRTUAL group will provide Men with a safe space to talk about their stressors (work, relationships, finances, school, societal pressures etc.) and then be provided with the tools and skills necessary to become more efficient at navigating life.
