Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a curriculum driven group system delivered by a very knowledgeable and experienced leader and cotherapist/coleader. The female participants are required to be present and involved in the group requirements. This group is usually recommended for women (women only in this group) who have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or Traits or Cluster B.

This group is women only, survivors of domestic abuse. All types of abuse are discussed, the cycle of abuse, red flags, how to break the pattern. Looking for the right mate and why we seem to repeat our mistakes, safety plans and goal setting will be discussed. This grp will be no more than eight participants at one time. Confidentiality and respect are a must.
