DBT Skills Group
Jennifer Simon, JD, LCSW, and I are currently conducting intakes for a new DBT Skills Group in San Francisco. This group runs for 27 weeks, made up of three 9-week modules. Each module includes mindfulness, followed by emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This group is ideal for clients who are currently in individual therapy and interested in learning concrete skills to manage emotions and behaviors more mindfully. DBT Skills Graduate Group
This Graduate Group is for clients who have already completed at least two rounds of DBT Skills Training Group and are interested in continuing their weekly DBT practice in a group setting. This group continues to teach skills and a deeper level and allows more space for peer-led and interpersonal discussions. This group is telehealth only.
