Moving from Anxiety to Freedom
Anxiety is the most contagious affect in the human experience. In our world today, it's no wonder so many of us are experiencing chronic anxiety. At Beachwood, we help you shift perspective to heal anxiety. Many find this process quite transformative, and are pleasantly surprised at how well it works. For adolescents (ages 15-18) this group meets Thursdays from 4-5:30 pm and for adults (19+) Thursdays from 6-7:30 pm.
