Whether its divorce, loss of a job, or the loss of a loved one to death or disease; finding a safe space and community in which to grieve is a beautiful gift to give yourself or someone you love. Anxiety is the most contagious affect in the human experience. In our world today, it's no wonder so many of us are experiencing chronic anxiety. At Beachwood, we help you shift perspective to heal anxiety. Many find this process quite transformative, and are pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Come and discover strength through connection. Groups run for 6 sessions and space is limited, so please contact us for more information at (401)-788-9110. For adolescents (ages 15-18) this group meets Thursdays from 4-5:30 pm and for adults (19+) Thursdays from 6-7:30 pm.
