Mindfulness for Moms
In this six week course you will partcipate in weekly mindfulness exercises to help calm you in the moment, and for you to take with you into your daily life. Experience the support of other women as you explore sleep strategies, stress reduction techniques, and self care strategies that you can actually use in your busy life as you juggle multiple roles. Prenatal Stress Reduction - Virtual
Are you looking for ways to manage stress during your pregnancy, and tools to assist with labor and delivery? This group is designed to help you find tools for managing pregnancy into parenting for both your mind and your body. During sessions your will learn mindfulness, progressive/paired, muscle relaxation, sleep strategies, and portable discreet stress management techniques to keep you, and your nervous system, regulated during times of tremendous change. The next group starts Thursday, May 2nd and runs for eight weeks.
