Mindful Self-Compassion
Created by Chris Germer, Ph.D. and Kristin Neff, Ph.D, this is an 8 week practice to help people cultivate a more compassionate approach to their lives. Research has proven this approach to be highly effective in reducing depression and anxiety in a loving and compassionate way. In addition people have reported that it has improved their relationships and their body image. This group is offered several times a year and the times are posted on our website at www.centerformindbodyhealth.org.
