Men's Process Group

Men are raised to believe we ‘shouldn’t’ ask for help, have or express feelings (except happiness or anger), learnt vulnerability showed weakness & incapability. Why join? To form group brotherhood, a tribal community lost long ago, and a haven for professional men to discuss personal concerns, navigate life's complexities & explore relationships, family, work-related stress, mental health, life transitions and addiction(s). Men feel it impossible to reveal their struggles, traumas & emotions in the presence of other men, which sustains disconnection, loneliness, separate & dulled from ourselves that negatively impacts our most intimate relationships. Pre-screening required.
