Mama's Circle

A somatic experiential therapy group for the birthing body. Mamas are in NEED. We want to meet that need in a humble offering from our mama hearts to yours… a gathering. A group. A place to be seen, to be held, to be with all the facets, from transcendent to excruciating, tedious to glorious, in a space of community, deep care and intention, and on-our-knees reverence for the WHOLE of modern mamahood.
