Lost Loved One to Overdose
Serenity Counseling Solutions will be holding a FREE support group for family and friends of those who passed from an overdose. The group will be held the first Saturday of the month from 10am-11am. Please feel free to come and bring anyone you feel would benefit. We do ask that you pre-register so we can get an estimated head count. Register by leaving your name, phone number, and your relationship to those who have passed from this terrible epidemic. Coping with Postpartum Depression
This group is for any woman who is struggling with postpartum depression or is struggling to cope after giving birth. Women who have newborns or children up to age 1 will benefit from this group. The group will discuss helpful ways to provide yourself with self-care, cope with postpartum depression, and relate to new mothers like yourself. Therapist has first hand experience dealing with postpartum depression. Cost is $20 per session or $100 for the full 6 weeks.
