Grief & Loss: Loss of a Parent
Sage Therapy Chicago is happy to announce a new therapy group for adults experiencing grief due to the loss of a parent/guardian. We aim to provide a supportive space for participants to grieve openly and encourage emotional healing by sharing similar experiences. The group will also discuss resources concerning self-care, intentional connection, and mindfulness. This group will meet virtually on Zoom. This group is for adults (18 +) who are exploring polyamory or that may already identify as polyamorous, yet hoping to become more reflective and intentional with how they engage within relationships and community.
