Don't Struggle Alone!

An older couple wakes up in the morning and one says to the other, "I'm dead." The second scoffs, "How can you be dead? You're talking to me." The first replies, "Nothing hurts; I must be dead!" Come to group. Share the inevitable pain of life, and the pleasure of learning about yourself and connecting with other real people (not just your therapist!). Bring your honesty and your compassion.
