Being a Parent
This group provides a platform for parents who struggle with the normal challenges of parenthood, and the extreme challenges of dealing with a child who has mental health or behavioral issues. Parents will share their experiences, thoughts, and concerns with peers who are going through the same issues. Parents will explore their emotional struggles, identify triggers, recognize their individual patterns of behaviors, and work on solutions to better their situation. Individuals will learn skills and techniques to help them find their balance and get to a place of well-being.

Adolescent group that encourages exploration of feelings and emotions that impact patterns of behavior. Adolescents will identify negative behaviors, triggers, and emotions that get in the way of positive growth. Through guidance, exercises, and exploration, the group will learn valuable skills and techniques, specific to each individual, to help them achieve goals that will lead to personal growth and empowerment.
