Anxiety- online

This is an online group that explores the root causes of anxiety and stress. The group members will learn to identify triggers and risky situations, learn coping skills and how to take back your life. Do you have feelings of anxiety and panic that interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger? Do you avoid places or situations to prevent these feelings? The types of anxiety disorders covered in the group include generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), specific phobias and separation anxiety disorder.
