Anger Management Group
We meet once a week for 8-12 weeks depending on which section you are enrolled in. This group is designed for individuals who are court-ordered to take Anger Management Classes; Assessments are done individually, and privately before group meetings start. Clients will discuss in a group setting what is anger and how to manage anger.

Baby Yes We Can! (Women experiencing postpartum)
This group is designed for expecting and new mothers who may be experiencing perinatal depression or postpartum depression. We will discuss real issues, and concerns because the joy and excitement from the birth of a baby can trigger powerful emotions, and one you may not expect is depression. After childbirth, you can mood swings, crying spells, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. The first two to three days after delivery, and may last for up to two weeks.

New Direction -Career Change Group
This group is designed for adults who would like to make a career change. Individuals will take an inventory interest test to help them determine what skills, jobs, and careers best suit them. The group will meet once a week for 12 weeks to identify goals for a career change. Job opportunities explored and resume writing.
