I support young adult women through their transition into adulthood. This involves navigating challenges with mood, identity, relationships, and body image. Ultimately, our work together helps you get closer to living an authentic and values-aligned life with the capacity to manage uncomfortable emotions. We do this collaboratively through learning new skills, adapting old skills, and gaining self-awareness.
My therapeutic approach focuses on a compassionate understanding of how our upbringing, thought patterns, and emotional responses contributes your present challenges. Clinically, this is done through CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, and DBT informed practices.
Our late teens and twenties are sometimes called the Panic Years. This is not without reason. So much changes in such a small span of time, and that is challenging in itself. You don't have to manage that alone, and it doesn't need to be so scary. Let me help you.
