I am here to be present with you as you are. In this positive relationship, you can heal. In my practice I hope to provide a space for you to begin the journey of self-discovery, self-reflection, and growth. Together, we will address the barriers you may face to enhance your life in the ways that are most meaningful to you. My philosophy focuses on the healing nature of connection between people, and I strive to bring empathy, compassion, and presence into the therapeutic space. I am currently accepting clients ages 17 and up. I work with adults ages 18-70 using various treatment modalities and theoretical orientations.
Some concerns that clients come to me with are related to relationships, sexuality, motivation, anxiety, depression, conflict, burnout, health, and a desire to tap into the best version of themselves. Having just completed my clinical training hours and currently applying for licensure, I understand various theories while having the experience of practicing.
I am currently expanding my skillset through developing experience in Internal Family Systems theory and Polyvagal Theory.
