I am a licensed mental health counselor and specialize in working with adults experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Through a compassion-focused mind-body approach, I utilize evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Somatic Therapy techniques.
