I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I work with individuals struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, rejection, fear, abandonment, and much more. Everyone experiences negative emotions, however sometimes people need help to cope with, and heal from past life experiences. I also work with couples who are experiencing many of the same emotions, within their romantic relationship.
I strive to listen to my clients in a way that allows me to see the world through their eyes. I teach relaxation techniques, and mindfulness exercises to help them cope with daily stressors, and aim to bring them greater perspective using insight based therapy. I also incorporate CBT techniques to help change negative thought patterns.
Life can feel impossible at times. You do not have to manage it alone.
