I believe therapy must address all four to affect positive change and growth. Together you and I will assess each of these critical areas of life and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
I employ an eclectic approach to therapy in order to treat the whole person. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in EMDR. I work with a variety of trauma related issues such as PTSD, anxiety and panic attack, depression, anger/rage, and grief and loss.
