My name is Tracey Riggott and I welcome you to Self Perception Therapies. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have 13 years of experience in offering therapeutic support. You may want to reflect upon your relationship with yourself and with others. You may be feeling isolated, anxious, stuck or overwhelmed. No matter what challenges you are facing, therapy is a time for you, for you to be listened to, to be heard, you do not have to do this on your own. I am a caring and approachable person, I enjoy my work in supporting others.
I facilitate and provide an accepting, non-judgemental, safe, and confidential space. Through my years of continual learning and training I can fetch other elements of counselling approaches therapy. Gaining a greater understanding of yourself, for you to improve your quality of life and make your own decisions moving forward.
