I hope I'm the right person to support you, however, to help you decide, some key information that may be helpful to know about me is: I have 30 years of experience working with individuals aged 16 and above, who have severe and enduring mental health difficulties; I have a PG Dip in Social Work, Family Interventions, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I am also now practicing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; my clinic is based on Brooklands Road in Sale and i am able to see both face to face and Online clients.
