Online Counselling for M7

I've been actively practicing as a Therapist for the last 5 years and have always worked with a variety of people from all ages and backgrounds. The youngest being 8 years and the oldest being 84. Many of these clients have lived in different places all over the country. This experience has meant that I have needed to become a different type of Therapist for each client that I work with to ensure that I am able to best support them. This has also meant that I have worked with people for many different reasons and has given me skills to comfortably meet people where they are and work towards their goals in Therapy.

Hello, my name is Donna. I'm a registered Clinical Psychologist with 12 years of experience of working in NHS mental health services with adults who experience common mental health problems such as depression, anxiety & post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I have a particular interest in helping people to heal from trauma and support them to move beyond survival mode so they can reach their true potential and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
