We live in a fast paced fragmented society in which it’s vital to have space to be really listened to & understood. We all need time & space to voice our deepest fears & anxieties in a safe & confidential environment. I offer integrated therapy with the person centred approach at its core: we all have innate ability to find our way through the maze of life; counselling can really help individuals to appreciate & understand their own personal strengths. As a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, I use hypnotherapy to back up my counselling practice; it is invaluable for a myriad of presenting issues from anxiety & phobias to addictions.
I have experience with a large range of presenting issues particularly relationships, domestic abuse, challenging parenting, bereavement & depression/anxiety. I can work with individuals or couples as well as secondary age children & adolescents. In my work as a hypnotherapist I have helped clients with a range of addictions & irrational compulsive behaviour
