Together we can find ways to help you manage and overcome challenges you come across, find meaning and purpose in your life, understand and communicate your needs and improve your relationships.
As an integrative therapist, I combine different therapeutic approaches to fit your needs, situation and goals. I will listen with curiosity and empathy, help you feel empowered in your own life, and respect your individuality. I believe in honesty, openness and commitment from both the therapist and the client for the work to be successful.
