I am Qualified Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist, dedicated to helping every individual thrive in their own way, according to their specific need. Tailored to each individual I use varieties of therapeutic treatments including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analyses, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), also relaxation techniques.

My goal is to enable a strong mental foundation where mindful skills will help you keep your life in reach. Progress means change, rehearsing new ways of thinking or a range of strategies to iterate development safely. The result, a genuine approach for you to always find a better way forward. I am HCPC-registered in clinical, counselling, health and occupational psychology. Supervisor, providing services for individuals, couples and organisations beginning from eclectic CBT interventions (ACT, DBT, ST) - the most effective and intuitive psychological framework.

I am a systemic family therapist, and an integrative counsellor, which includes CBT. I am based at the London Child, Adult and Family Therapy Centre. I have over 25 years’ experience of working with people and supporting them to overcome a range of emotional and behavioural dilemmas. These dilemmas can become problematic when normalised and left unmanaged or unresolved. They are often the roots of problems affecting personal and professional relationships. Through therapy, I support children; adolescents; adults; couples; family's, which including adult children and groups of people who have shared interests and responsibilities.

Hello, my name is Dr Joanna Saddington. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2006. Before setting up in private practice I worked in the NHS for 18 years. I am passionate about helping adults, young people, children and families overcome their difficulties. We all know life can be challenging, so it doesn't matter whether a problem is longstanding or is more recent. What is important, is that we work together to try to solve it. I always aim to work in a way that suits the individual and their needs, as well as aiming to deliver therapy empathetically and without judgment.
