At Clearpath Counselling & Psychotherapy, I offer 1-1 Counselling and Psychotherapy to adults (16+) where we will work together at your pace. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you find a way forward and heal from your personal experiences. With my support as a Psychotherapist with a background in Psychology, you can learn more about yourself and grow from your experiences by gaining a deeper understanding of how to live life to your full potential. I am fully qualified in Person-Centred Counselling with experience working with clients from all walks of life and their personal difficulties.

I am accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor; I use a Person-Centred and Integrative approach to counselling; this involves using a variety of modalities and models in my work and practise. Those include Somatic Therapy with Emotional Mastery Techniques & Skills; I am a Clearing Method Specialist, a primary pain and root caused focused therapist. I am an accredited EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) integrative therapist, this is used for the treatment of childhood & adult trauma, phobias, negative core beliefs, unprocessed grief and many more areas. I currently have my own Private Practice and I have worked as a
