Reaching out takes courage. I am a Certified Meditation and Imagery Specialist from the Huntington Meditation and Imagery Center. I teach the skillfull use of imagination. You will learn to replace fear through relaxing meditaton exercises and dialogue by stimulating this innate part of your being. I listen. I guide. I support. You will feel empowered. The words "you have cancer" can fill us with fear images. During radiation, I recalled, and re-imagined days at the beach. Experience a part of your nature which always brings peace, inspiration and courage. Learn to befriend anxiety as a message that you are alive and ready to act.
Learn the difference between anxiety, stress, and worry and you will feel more hopeful. We are all a blend of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual parts. By connecting with parts of your unique self, integration and freedom from self-destructive thoughts and behaviors is possible.
I focus on inclusion not exclusion. If you are struggling with your sexual identity or gender, you are safe with me.
