I support individuals who feel stuck and are curious about engaging in therapeutic art-making as an instrument of growth, support and personal empowerment. I work from a place of witnessing the human experience, with art-making at the centre that supports the healing process and anchors the therapeutic relationship. Art-making within a secure therapeutic relationship offers an opportunity to practice self-care and provides a safe place for further self-discoveries, new ways of solution finding and gaining new skills to manage some of life’s challenges.
I will meet you where you are at and we will work collaboratively with the art process to identify, describe, express, explore, navigate, and hold your journey. I honour the restorative wisdom of the creative process and deeply respect the effectiveness of a therapeutic relationship in tandem.
Art-making is an holistic tool for untangling some of our knots and stepping into, or moving toward, expanded well-being. I offer free 30 minute consultations to consider your goals and how I can support your needs through an art therapy approach. Currently, I am offering virtual art therapy sessions only.
