Do you tend to wear the weight of the world on your shoulders? Do you take on the emotions and stress of others around you, perhaps without even meaning to? Are you mentally or emotionally affected by the words or actions of others? Do you feel stressed and anxious when you watch the news, movies, or when you spend time on social media? Do you feel you need or would like to set boundaries when it comes to these things to keep yourself in a better head space? Because I sure do.
My name is Rachel. I'm a recent graduate of the Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. With a few other degrees behind me, I am confident in my skills to support anxiety, depression, couples and family relationships, grief, trauma, PTSD, body image, relationships with food, and much more.
I am focused on a collaborative approach and building a toolbox of skills clients can feel comfortable, confident, and ready to tackle their days with. Like the feeling you have after that first sip of a pumpkin spiced latte or fresh brew coffee on a cool fall morning. Let’s see if we’re a good fit, book a consultation with Living Bridges and let's connect!
