I am committed to providing authentic, compassionate, and insightful support as I journey with my clients through anger, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence, burnout and a variety of other life stressors. I have had the immense privilege of meeting clients where they are at and joining them on their journey towards health. I have a special interest in supporting adults who are looking to explore the impact of their past on their current life situation such as their attachment, communication and conflict styles, trauma, boundaries etc.
I have a passion for creating a safe place for people to work through their past and present challenges. I use a variety of counselling models and techniques to meet the unique needs of the client and welcome feedback along the way to make sure it works for you. I specifically pull from emotionally focused approaches, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I believe that it is incredibly important to find the right fit for both the therapist and the client. I offer a free 20 minute consultation to help navigate this, and have a robust network of therapists that I am happy to refer to if we decide that I am not the right support for you at this time.
