I analyze each individual’s needs and goals by taking into account their values utilizing a cultural lens that respects the client’s worldview. I use different counselling modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness.
I am passionate about cultures and languages. In addition to English, I fluently speak French, Arabic, Spanish & ASL. My culture rich experience allows me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds providing them with psycho-emotional support.
