Hi There! We are a group practice of trauma trained, certified & informed professionals who have dedicated their lives to understanding humans to their core. Each clinician was hand picked by the group practice owner who has lived experience with trauma, adversity, toxic stress and addiction. If you are reaching out for the first time, or you've tried therapy before, we would love to be apart of your journey. Mindfully Me believes all humans foster competencies and capacities to move through adversity. We use curiosity and compassion in your journey to foster physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellness.
Our therapists are trained in traditional talk therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, art therapies, and a multitude of bottom up modalities incorporating the body and mind in healing such as IFS, somatic parts work, MEMI and movement therapy. We believe in a mind/body approach to healing, understanding 1 size fits all approach is not the case.
If you are someone who has felt misunderstood, stuck, lost, helpless or hopeless... please know, you are so far from alone. I (Bianca) have understood this journey through my lived experience and have chosen others on the team who truly understand what it is like to sit on the other side of the chair and how vulnerable that can be.
