I like to use an integrative approach, drawing from frameworks such as cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based therapies. I operate from a person-centred, culturally informed lens. My personal experiences help me understand challenges including immigration and intergenerational conflict, as well as issues faced by marginalized communities.
My goal is to create an inclusive, non-judgemental environment where we can work together to meet your needs. I recognize that taking this step is not always easy.
