I am passionate about helping people with issues of trauma, life transitions, depression and anxiety. I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and pride myself in providing a safe, open and trauma informed space with a warm, and curious approach to therapy. I am an LGBTQ2S+ affirming, SW friendly, therapist and welcome people from all ethnicities.
I see the foundation of change beginning with a strong, trusting and secure therapeutic relationship. Once a safe and connective relationship is built we can collaborate and work towards change that is meaningful to you. I meet people where they are at and believe that with support and exploration people can uncover the means necessary to heal themselves.
