My primary approach is Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT) meaning I work to create a safe environment for you to share the reality and totality of what's going on and together we see how I can best help you. I work with individuals & couples, and specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief, and relationship issues.
