Hi, I’m Jamie with Pink Moon Counselling. I offer Virtual Counselling to women and teenage girls throughout Saskatchewan, and In-Person Counselling at the Heart Center in Regina. I am currently accepting new clients. I have 14 years of experience as a Social Worker. I offer a gentle and empathetic approach which is person-centred and adaptable.
My personal and professional mission is to do my part to remove the stigma surrounding Mental Health, and empower and support women to be their most authentic, aligned selves. I am passionate in this mission, and proud to support women and girls on their mental wellness journeys.
Together, we will explore your challenges in a non judgmental space. I will assist you to identify and process your emotions and develop nervous system regulation techniques that work for you. I will help you to become more self aware of your internal dialogue and your behaviours, and to grow and evolve from that awareness.
