Hello, I’m Antje von Seydlitz, a counselling practicum student who is qualified to practice under clinical supervision. I have a unique background in teaching, coaching, and high-performance sport. My journey as an Olympian has taught me how to deal with both triumphs and setbacks and I understand the mental fortitude required to overcome obstacles. Although I am passionate about working with youth, I look forward to helping individuals of all ages, genders, abilities, and backgrounds overcome the obstacles in their lives.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationships, depression, or life transitions, I believe in taking a holistic, client centered approach that is adapted to meet your unique needs. My hope is to work alongside you to help you deal with life’s stressors and achieve your mental wellness goals in a compassionate and culturally appropriate manner.
Please note that Practicum Students are assigned to clients based on their areas of expertise, availability for appointments, and other factors that are important to the client (ie. age, gender, insurance benefits etc.). These decisions are often made at the discretion of the practicum site.
