Whether you’re looking for help with relationship and/or attachment issues, boundaries, anxiety, grief or other types of trauma, we develop a plan to explore your issues, and clarify your goals. My body-mind holistic practice offers an eclectic blend of clinical hypnosis, ART, EMDR, EFT, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga, Cranio-sacral therapy, Spiritual counselling and Energy healing. I work with individuals and couples, to find an approach safe and trustworthy.
As a trauma-trained hypnotherapist, I use ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Re-processing), schema therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, somatic focusing and release work to aide trauma recovery. I am a registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a Registered Marital Family Therapy (RMFT) in Ontario.
I enjoy bringing coaching and personal developmental focus to my clinical work. Clients ready to engage with therapy in a supportive, caring environment may find this approach supportive and uplifting.
