My body–mind holistic practice integrates a range of evidence-based psychotherapy approaches, including clinical hypnosis, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, EFT, somatic, yoga-informed practices, and craniosacral therapy.
I work with adults and couples seeking support with anxiety, past trauma, attachment concerns, boundaries, relationships, and related challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on creating a safe, steady, and trustworthy therapeutic space. Together, we work toward building a sense of safety, resilience, and trust.
As a trauma-informed and body centred hypnotherapist, I use ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Re-processing), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, somatic focusing and release work to aide trauma recovery. I am a registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a Registered Marital Family Therapy (RMFT) in Ontario.
