Suffering from 'Mum Guilt'? Feeling anxious and overwhelmed? Feeling lost? or Struggling to put yourself first? If you are saying yes, you are not alone and I want you to know, I see you mama. No matter how old our kids get, these issues can pop up and really impact our mental health. We can feel anxious, depressed and just plain old worn out; and when we are stuck in these patterns it can be hard to find our way out - but it is possible. I work with mums everyday so they can enjoy motherhood, be more present, feel valued, confident, healthier and more content with what they do everyday and help them sleep well at night.
I created Mumshine to support mums with their mental health and wellbeing at all stages of their mental health journey with a range of services designed for busy mums, by a busy mum. I offer counselling and life coaching in person and online based on positive psychology techniques to provide lasting results as well as group workshops and free resources.
Motherhood is the toughest challenge many of us will face and until you have experienced it, it can be hard to explain the combination of joy and struggle that exists. I don't judge or offer advice, I don't tell you what you are doing wrong. I listen to you and your story without judgement and together we work towards the goals you set for a brighter life.
