As a Clinical Psychologist, I love working with adults and teens with a variety of concerns, ranging from symptom relief to serious mental illness. I pride myself on building strong connections with my clients, and ensuring their comfort throughout the process. I use a strengths-based approach to therapy, and enjoy being flexible for my clients when needed. My aim is to help you get tangible results from therapy. I hope that we can work collaboratively together, and I'll do my best to create an accepting, non-judgemental space for you to safely explore your concerns.
I will tailor a treatment plan to your unique needs, and provide evidence based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
