Jennifer is a registered clinical psychologist, board approved supervisor, and couples therapist. She uses a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to treat a wide variety of difficulties in adults of all ages, and couples. She offers each client a confidential and safe space to share their thoughts and feelings. Jennifer’s warm and professional manner provides a relational space to explore past experiences and trauma, current emotional or mental health difficulties and adjustment to life’s challenges.

As a highly experienced mental health clinician, I provide a safe space for individuals and couples to explore their experiences, perspectives, thoughts and feeling free from judgement. I am able to utilise methods and strategies from a range of evidence based treatment models, all which are rooted in the latest research, however my primary objective within the counselling space is to help lay the foundations for positive self regard and make room for my clients to develop a sense of purpose and direction.

I work with an extensive variety of clients with differing presenting factors from complex trauma, sexual abuse, clients experiencing domestic and intimate partner violence and work with people who use violence against loved ones. Clients are wanting to be heard and seen in my counselling room, to untangle the jumbled thoughts feelings and behaviours they experience, to make sense of their world and build a stronger sense of identity.

Charlotte is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology. Charlotte brings a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental approach to her practice and enjoys working with individuals of all ages to collaboratively achieve their goals. Charlotte is passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals and adopts an neurodiversity affirming approach to her practice.

I bring passion and enthusiasm to my work and enjoy working with adolescents and adults presenting with a diverse range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, substance use, self-harm, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions and grief and loss. I approach the therapeutic process from a stance of resolving long-term behavioural, cognitive and relational patterns, that negatively present functioning and wellbeing. Clients will be interested in and committed to identifying and exploring underlying causes of current distress.
