Asana Recovery's Mental Health Outpatient Program may be the right choice for you. Clients receive regular therapy, medication management, and support for various conditions like depression and anxiety. They attend regular sessions, both one-on-one and group, where they learn coping skills, gain insights, and find community. Family therapy is offered as well as connecting individuals with community resources for support. How Can We Help
Daily treatment programming is specifically geared towards addressing underlying issues driving the addiction while also developing recovery tools. Group therapy is interwoven between individual and family sessions. Therapy modalities can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Traditional 12-Step and Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) groups are attended on a nightly basis. Mindfulness, physical exercise and healthy eating are incorporated into daily treatment programming. These Are Our Core Values
