TGNC Process Group
8-session (April 7-June 2, 2024) in-person Therapy Group now enrolling (thru 3/22/24). For members of the LGBTQ+ community (18+) who identify as TGNC and/or who are questioning their gender. This group provides a safe and affirming space to increase self-awareness, explore patterns in relationships and work towards increasing healthy connections. Here, participants can learn more about effective and ineffective interpersonal patterns they might engage in with others, receive and provide interpersonal feedback, and engage in new patterns of relating that lead to fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

Celebrating Neurodivergence Support Group
8-session (April 5-May 31, 2024) in-person Therapy Group now enrolling (thru 3/22/24). For adults (18+) who identify as neurodivergent and are looking for a safe & affirming space to build community and exist outside neurotypical norms. Members will increase self-understanding, learn new skills related to surviving and thriving in a world designed for neurotypical people. Group will focus on translating neurotypical communication, building interpersonal and executive functioning skills, and exploring ways to cope in a neurotypical world. Group will emphasize inclusivity and respect, and welcomes folks with symptoms of neurodivergence even without an official diagnosis.

Queer Body Image Support Group
8-session (April 6-June 1, 2024) in-person Therapy Group now enrolling (thru 3/22/24). For members of the LGBTQ+ community (18+) looking to find support around issues related to one’s own body image and the impact the communities and overall society has on our relationship with our body. This group aims to support members who identified a goal around noticing their self-worth or building their self-esteem as it relates to the relationship they have with their body, such as finding ways to accept and love the body they are in.
