Continuing Care Group, Substance Use (Virtual)
For individuals who have completed IOP services, our continuing care group assists those in the maintenance of their recovery, with a strong focus on relapse prevention, skills, and tools to adaptively cope with psychosocial stressors. The group allows for accountability and support to make long-term recovery a reality.
