With couples therapy, I use my training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy & Gottman Couples Therapy to help couples learn to break unhealthy relationship patterns, learn new ways to communicate, and deepen their emotional connection. I also work with individuals who are transitioning out of a relationship or into a new one and individuals seeking healing from anxiety, grief, trauma, loss or life transitions.
