With the combination of learning and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Behavioral-Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Talk therapy, we will identify what set you off track, the barriers to getting you back on track, and what personal strengths you bring to overcome them all.
I have surpassed many trials and struggles in my 50+ years of life.
